Event Camp
June 23-25, 2025
HEC will be holding its annual 3-Day Eventing Clinic.
Join us in beautiful Maine for 3 days of Eventing instruction! 24 participates have an opportunity to learn in a fun and encouraging environment. Instruction is designed to help build confidence and progression with twice daily lessons with New England instructors Susan Anderson-Berrill and Denise Goyea.
A series of demonstrations and lectures with a range of equestrian topics is provided to help make our riders be diverse in anything from handling skills, horsemanship to veterinary care.
This clinic is hosted on an outdoor riding arena and 3 large XC fields. Cross country has a variety of ditches, banks, a water complex and numerous other xc jumps!
Cost: $450
Food: Breakfast and Lunch options provided. A potluck will be hosted on Tuesday June 24.
Stabling: Limited on site stabling is available on grounds. Temporary stalls will be set up. If stabling is full please contact the event organizer for off-site stabling options.
Camping is available on grounds again. There is no longer a shower available to those participants who are camping on premise. If you would like to camp please let us know! RVs are allowed however there is no electric or water hookup.

Closing dates: 1 week prior to camp
With the overwhelming response to this clinic the opening date is to give all a fair chance to get in. Full refunds will be given prior to the closing date. After the closing date, full refunds will be given if we are able to fill your spot from the wait list. Entry is only transferable if an appropriate group is available.
Auditors are welcomed to watch at any time free of charge. Additional charge for any auditor that would like breakfast or lunch.
